Ed’s hand was shaking as he handed out a large coffin whiskey flask. I took it from him and saw that it was heavily embossed in a slug plate. It read: PLUMMER & HELLIS/ WHOLESALE/& RETAIL/GROCERS/ DENVER, COLO. The bottle was in excellent shape and might be very rare as it was a quart size coffin flask. You don’t see very many quart coffins most are pints and half pints.
