The Kansas Fairgrounds Foundation is hosting a t-shirt design contest for the 2025 Kansas State Fair. Submissions are being accepted through March 31, 2025. Online voting will take place in April.

CGJSHS students hold successful blood drive

Council Grove Junior / Senior High School hosted its spring student blood drive on March 11, attracting students and faculty that were eager to make a difference. The event, organized in collaboration with the Community Blood Center, Dana Reddick, USD #417 Health Services Director, and Mrs. Coover and the HOSA-Future Health Professionals, aimed to collect much-needed blood donations to support local hospitals and medical facilities.
