(KSN) The Kansas Department of Health and Environment (KDHE) is set to open a new multi-million dollar laboratory this week in Topeka. The KDHE will hold a ribbon cutting for the new laboratory at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, March 19.

The Kansas Department of Transportation has closed eastbound and westbound I-70 between Hays and the Colorado border because of accumulating snow and low visibility.
