CG City Council approves insurance plan, summer staff, city inspector

The Council Grove City Council met Tuesday evening to conduct routine business and approve a number of key items, including appropriations, a new health insurance plan for city employees, a utility franchise agreement, and seasonal staff appointments for the summer months.
