The April USD 417 Board of Education meeting was held Tuesday evening at Council Grove Elementary School. The consent agenda was approved, with bills presented for payment equaling $301,363.86.
CGHS Braves Elite Track Competes Well At Pre-State

The Council Grove High School elite track team had an impressive showing Thursday and Friday at Wichita State University for the Shocker Pre-State Challenge. The meet takes place at Cessna stadium, the same location as where 1A-6A state occurs annually at the end of May. 70 teams attended this year’s event. 42 were 1A-3A and 28 were 4A-6A.
Stickers Assist Chase County Firefighters
