200 West Main . . .Through The Ages

Downtown Council Grove business owners are taking great pride in their businesses and renovating old buildings. The most recent remodeling/restoration has been done by Cami SanRomani and Frankie Greco at 200 W. Main Street. Above left is the location from July 2022 and right is present. The bottom right photo is the location in 1888. A lot of hard work and expense has been invested to save one of the gems of our National Historic District. Pictured left are a couple of those hard workers...Brent Burnett and Ron Wooden install a black awning on the building. The awning accents the building and resembles the look on buildings from long ago.

Spring Crank Up! Saturday, April 15

Step back into time as the “Spring Crank Up!” returns to Ag Heritage Park in Alta Vista Saturday, April 15. Registration for the Parade of Power begins at 9 a.m., with the parade on Main Street beginning at 10:30 a.m. Following the parade or at 11 a.m., there will be an introduction of tractor owners.
