At the Tuesday, February 6, Morris County Commission meeting, sealed bids for the lease of the County Hay Property were opened. Shawn Tiffany bid $215 per year and Chris Brackenridge bid $300 per year. The commissioners voted to accept the bid from Chris Brackenridge.
