At the Tuesday meeting of the Morris County Commission, it was reported that the Transfer Station scale has been constructed. The next step is for Dig Safe to complete marking the utility lines, followed by Ziegler Plumbing, Heating, Cooling and Electrical trenching for the electrical service. Travis Scale Company will be installing the scale kiosk.

Grove Gardens hours in March are 9 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Monday - Saturday and 10 am. - 3 p.m. on Sundays. Manager Elle White shared with the Council Grove Republican that one of the first offerings available will be a luscious selection of strawberries from Florida. They are enroute now and should be available in the next week.
