The Council Grove High School Lady Braves softball team launches their season today on the road against Lyndon. The Lady Braves are returning five starters and a total of eight letter winners from last year. Coach Dustin SanRomani said, “We have twenty-three girls out for softball this year. We are very excited for the season to get underway. We have a solid group coming back from last year and some young talent stepping up and competing for positions. Kaedyn Litke and Shanyn Miller received 2nd team All-League honors from last year. The team has been working very hard during practice and they are ready for their first game.”
