Anyone who holds fond memories of Council Grove High School— whether they graduated or simply attended for a time—is invited to the 2025 USD 417 All-School Reunion. The event will be held Saturday, June 28, at the Morris County Fair Building and is open to all who consider Council Grove their home school, even if life led them elsewhere before graduation.

In a thrilling display of consistency and team depth, the Council Grove Braves secured a first-place finish at the Silver Lake High School Spring Invitational on Tuesday, April 29, 2025—winning by just half a point. The Braves tallied 114.5 points to narrowly outpace Oskaloosa, who finished with 114. Perry-Lecompton took third with 104.5 points, followed by Silver Lake (93), Mission Valley (90), Rossville (68), Jefferson West (58), and Royal Valley (44).
