The team was in action on Friday night against the Falcons of Riley County, losing 63-14. “The game was a re-run of what we’ve been through these last three weeks,” said Coach Butch Hayes. “We get down early, start hanging our heads a bit and before we know it, the game is out of reach. This has been the hardest stretch of football I’ve been through as a coach. We just need to keep our heads up and enjoy play and coaching the game.
