FIRST BABY -- The first baby of the year at Morris County Hospital was born on January 10 at 8:49 a.m. to parents Hannah and Justin Brown. Raylan Jeffrey Brown weighed 8 lbs. 7 oz. and measured 2 inches long. The Morris County Hospital Auxiliary sponsored a baby basket with a variety of merchandise for new babies.
