TOPEKA (WIBW) - The Kansas House and Senate passed a new bipartisan tax-relief plan before adjourning Tuesday night, but some lawmakers are warning of the possibility of a special session if Gov. Laura Kelly vetoes the new bill, officials said.

Noah Green seized on the Bulldogs opportunities, leading Chase County with three runs batted in from the number nine spot in the lineup. The right fielder went 3-for-4 on the day. Josiah McKee and Green each collected three hits for the Bulldogs. Masen Scott and Clark Miller each collected multiple hits for the Bulldogs. Wyatt Griffin led the Bulldogs with three walks. Overall, the team had a strong eye at the plate, piling up 13 walks for the game. The Bulldogs stole five bases in the game.
