This week’s student of the week at Council Grove Elementary School is Mia Waters. She is eleven- years-old and a student in Theresa Kinsey’s fifth grade class. Mia likes art, relaxing, camping, paintin and drawing. Her extracurricular activities include volleyball. Her favortie non-school thing to do is to swim at the lake. Mia has two dogs, three cats, a water turtle and one sister.

Interview With Andy Olson -- Part 1

Council Grove High School junior Drew Buchman shined during the Class 3A State Golf Tournament held Monday and Tuesday at the Emporia Golf Course. Buchman came home as third place medalist shooting a 151. This is his third appearance at the state tournament.
