The price of postage stamps went up on Sunday for the second time this year and the fifth time in 24 months. The price of a first-class mail Forever stamp increased from 68 cents to 73 cents. Postcards increased from 53 cents to 56 cents. USPS first started selling Forever stamps in 2007, when they cost 41 cents.
