At the end of Monday Night Football, there was a 7- way tie for first place in the Week 15 contest of the Council Grove Republican’s Pigskin Pick ‘Em. After the tie-breaker score was considered, there was still a two-way tie. By random drawing Patti Essary, of Alta Vista is the winner, having correctly guessing 14 winners out of 16 contests.

Caden McNeal, Olathe, graduated Magna Cum Laude Saturday afternoon during Commencement ceremonies at Kansas State University, earning double Bachelor of Science degrees in Computer Science and Cyber Security.
