The Council Grove Junior High Braves Wrestling team launched their season at the Southeast of Saline Quad Tournament, where they competed against formidable teams from Southeast of Saline, Minneapolis, and Republic County. The Braves, including several wrestlers competing for the first time, faced opponents who were at the later stages of their seasons, making for a challenging debut.
Stella Fuqua is 5 years-old and a student in Robin Frye’s kindergarten class. Her favorite color is purple. Stella says if she had one Superpower it would be a glowing rope to hold people. Her best present ever was an Elsa drum. Her favorite thing to do after school is visit Grandma Yaya’s in the city.
