Council Grove has always been proud of its community members who go out into the world and make a difference. One such notable individual is Dulcinea King Rakestraw, a 1998 graduate of Council Grove High School. As the daughter of local residents Ben and Susan King, Rakestraw grew up here before branching out to pursue an impressive educational and professional career.
