Council Grove, Morris County and Farmers & Drovers Bank Offer “Cool Down” Options

Wednesday night, Council Grove Mayor Debi Schwerdtfeger announced that the City of Council Grove, Morris County and Farmers & Drovers Bank are working together to help anyone who needs a place to cool off and receive a cool bottle of water, beginning today, Thursday, July 27. The Council Grove Recreation Center (formerly the Armory), the Morris County Courthouse Meeting Room and the Council Grove Senior Center will be open 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday. Also, free swimming will be available at the Council Grove Aquatic Center, Monday, July 31 and Monday, August 7.
