Mayor Debi and the City Council are asking for your help in the next few weeks, beginning July 22. Representatives from Governmental Assistance Services (GAS) will be going door to door doing a survey to ask a few quick questions about your household.
Jordan and Teeino Tabares, Junction City, are parents of a son, Kamden Andrew, born at 10:51 a.m., Monday, July 1, at Stormont Vail Health, Junction City. He weighed 7 pounds and 5 ounces and was 20 inches long.
The parents and coaches have been busy with the Council Grove Swim Club. Saturday was the team’s last meet, which was held in Council Grove.
Cowboys from throughout the Midwest came to Council Grove for the Santa Fe Trail Ranch Rodeo sponsored by the Morris County Youth Rodeo Association.
