He graduated from Dunlap High School. He was a member of the National Guard and served in Germany. Gail spent in life farming in the Dunlap area.

Cynthia “Cindy” Jo Menzies Biehler was born on February 26, 1959 in Long Branch, NJ. She died at Salina Regional Health Center after a long battle with cancer on January 19, 2022. She was 62. She is the daughter of the late Hubert Eugene “Gene” and Marilyn (Totten) Menzies.
