Morris County Damages From January Storm Are Astronomical

T. L. Davis and Jeff May, two Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) representatives from the Kansas City office, were in Council Grove Tuesday for a special early morning Morris County Commission meeting held at the Road Department. Others at the meeting were County Clerk Chelsey Schmidt, Jeff Falter, Road and Bridge Supervisor Jeff Falter, Administrative Supervisor Shelly Lautt, Morris County GOP Chairman Gary Floyd, Council Grove Republican Publisher Jan Sciacca and meeting facilitator James Crosby of the Kansas Department of Emergency Management.
