Wednesday, October 26, Lindsey Patnode, owner of Flowers by Lindsey, celebrates her first anniversary in the floral business. In reflecting on her first year, Patnode says, “It amazes me how other small businesses in Council Grove support me, whether it be from flower subscriptions, social media shoutouts, or word of mouth recommendations. Community members have been so kind to me by continuously ordering flowers, recycling vases, and making a point to call or stop in just to tell me how much they loved their flowers. Their kind words are what keep me motivated.”
