At Tuesday’s Morris County Commissioners meeting, the commissioners visited USD 417. Superintendent Aron Dody showed the commissioners various areas of the school that have epoxy flooring that was done by Epoxy Brothers, LLC.
The First Baptist Church choir will perform the cantata, “Jesus Saves,” during the 10:30 a.m., worship service this Palm Sunday. This powerful Easter musical brings together a perfect blend of classic hymns, inspirational favorites, and worship songs.
Council Grove and Morris County again show their uniqueness by being one of only a few places in the country and the only site in Kansas that offers HooptieX racing. 2023 will be the second year for the race which is touted as “cheap fun racing in whatever you got!”
