Storm damage has been reported in Cottonwood Falls from last night’s storm. Chantel of the Chase County Sheriff’s office said the extent of the damage is not known at press time, as officers are still investigating.
The Council Grove Community Arts Council will be holding auditions for the youth summer musical Matilda, Jr., 4-6 p.m., Wednesday, April 26 and Thursday April 27 at the Council Grove Elementary School Music room. April 28 will be the date for callbacks, if needed. The production will be July 14-16.
