Steve and Michelle Skerce announce the engagement and upcoming wedding of their daughter Kayleigh Marie Skerce, to Tryntan Layne Buchman, son of Dennis and Shari Buchman. Both are graduates of Council Grove High School.
“Newspapers are dead,” a solemn but dubious audience of students heard. “In 10 years, they’ll be gone altogether.”
The Council Grove City Council had its first meeting of October on Tuesday.
A new mural in Council Grove is nearing completion. The project is located at Gieswein Insurance, across from the Elementary school. The lead artist for the project is Bob Alexander. Alexander has created a design for both the East and South walls of the building.
