The Council Grove High School Cheer- leaders thrill the home crowd with one of their many stunts during the Braves basketball games against Riley County last night.
Pets use body language and other cues to let their owners know how they are feeling. While certain actions, such as a vigorously wagging tail signaling that a dog is quite happy, are easy to read, it’s not always so easy to determine how a pet is feeling.
The Council Grove High School Lady Braves struggled Tuesday night in a home game against Riley County. Riley County won 46-22.
The regular February meeting of the U.S.D. 417 Board of Education was held Monday night at the Council Grove Junior/Senior High School Auditorium, since a larger than expected number of district residents were expected.
