Doris Elaine (Ek) Morgan, Dwight, KS was born April 5, 1931 on a farm northwest of White City, KS. She was the oldest daughter of Reuben Clifford and Mary Luella (Briix) Ek. Doris passed away on Saturday, July 16 at The Good Shepherd Hospice House in Manhattan. She was 91 years young.

Ronald Keith Leeson, 78, passed away Saturday, July 2, 2022, in Clay Center, Kansas. Ron was born August 21, 1943, in Emporia, KS to Kenneth William Leeson and Mary Lee Leeson. Ron married Laverna Ruth Lay in Wilsey, KS on March 19, 1966. Together, they raised two children, Ronnie and Patti. After Laverna’s passing, Ron married Mary Tate on December 12, 2012, in Council Grove, KS.

Kenneth Eugene Falk, 71, of Emporia, Kansas, passed away on Monday July 4th, 2022 due to esophageal cancer, at Harry Hynes hospice in Wichita, Kansas.

Lynell Kay Walz Kinish, 79, of Council Grove, formerly of Wilsey Ks., departed her mortal life on earth and gained her heavenly wings on June 29, 2022, at Diversicare of Council Grove. She was surrounded by those who loved her the most, her family and friends, singing Christian Gospel Hymns.

Sue Renee Buchanan of Ellsworth, Kansas, passed away on July 3, 2022, at Salina Regional Health Center.

Marlene Yvonne Dalquest was born in rural Wilsey, Kansas to Ora “Shorty” Garr Bullock and Luella Marie Block Bullock. She left this world to be with her Lord and Savior on June 28, 2022, at Diversicare of Council Grove, KS.
