Lightning Dusk Wilcox

Lightning Dusk Wilcox, infant son of Quinn and Jessica (Stahl) Wilcox of Dwight, passed away in his parents’ arms on July 13 at Children’s Mercy Hospital in K.C.
He was born April 27 at Manhattan, transferred to Stormont Vail in Topeka and then to Children’s Mercy. He weighed 2 lbs. 5 ozs. and was 13 inches long. He put up a valiant fight through 2 surgeries.
He is survived by his parents; 2 brothers (Shadow and Eclipse); a sister (Midnight) all of the home, and a stepsister (Lyndsey) of NY; grandparents, Darrell and Mary (Fankhaser) Stahl; and great grandparents, Richard and Sherry Stahl, all of Dwight.
