Pastor John Bliss, Haysville, died Jan. 30, 2020. He was pastor of First Baptist Church in Council Grove from the early 1990’s until 2003. He is survived by his wife, Sally, and daughter, Dana, among other family members. Funeral arrangements are pending. ...
