DreamSteamer facility to be sold; auction set for Jan. 24

After more than three decades of manufacturing operations in Council Grove, A/C Enterprises, Inc. , best known for its DreamSteamer commercial garment steamers, has ceased production, and the company’s longtime facility at 510 Spencer Street is now being offered for sale. There has already been keen interest in the property, which is listed by Council Grove Realty. An on-site auction of equipment and contents is scheduled for Saturday, January 24.
