Cody Catlin’s RGYA Dream Of Helping Youth Takes Hold

Cody Catlin, local resident, golfer and real estate salesperson, is seeing the fruits of his labor and passion in ushering in policies that will allow youth to play golf, even if their parents are not members of a local club. Catlin established the Rural Youth Golf Association on paper quite some time ago but now, with his passion, hard work, and competent board of directors, the 501c3 organization has honed its offering locally and may be broadening its umbrella this spring to other towns like Herington, Osage City, Washington, Marysville, Clay Center, Marion and Emporia, that have 9-hole courses like Council Grove.
