VISITING THE LEGISLATURE - The local Council Grove Junior/Senior High School JAG-K program was represented at the Capitol in Topeka last Wednesday, February 18. It was JAG-K Day and the high schools with JAG-K programs were invited to attend with their Career Association officers. The officers also visited with District 17 Senator Mike Argabright. The Council Grove Braves dropped a 68-38 decision Monday night to the Burlingame Bearcats in a contest where defensive stops were difficult to secure and transition baskets proved costly.

Aleah Weaver and Jaena Baker, seniors at Council Grove High School, have been selected as Rudd Scholars, receiving a four-year, full-ride scholarship.
