The Morris County Commissioners created a Public Works Department, effective immediately, at their Tuesday weekly meeting. Under the umbrella of PWD they placed 6 departments, those being Roads, Bridges, Recycling, Noxious Weeds, Transfer Station and Emergency Management. Jeff Falter and Shelly Lautt are the co-directors of the new department.
