The CG Players will present Little Women: The Broadway Musical on Friday, April 11 at 7 p.m. and Sunday, April 13 at 2 p.m. at Council Grove Junior Senior High School.

The Council Grove High School Braves track and field team competed at the Chapman Invitational on Monday after their earlier meet was canceled due to weather. The athletes made the most of a beautiful, calm day—ideal for early-season performances. The boys’ team placed 2nd overall, and the girls finished 5th despite entering only six competitors.
The Council Grove Senior Center will celebrate 50 years of service to the community with a special event on April 28. In recognition of this milestone, the Center is inviting all current and former volunteers to join them for lunch and a time of reflection.
