Jesse Rodgers was the winner of the John Goff Inspirational Athlete Award on Wednesday at the Senior Awards Assembly held at Council Grove High School. Rodgers, a participant in cross country, wrestling and track was described by the committee as an athlete who worked harder than anybody on the team,
