The regular meeting of the City of Cottonwood Falls was called to order at 6:02 p.m., Monday, August 21, 2023 in the Municipal meeting room.Those present were Mayor Buddy Sisson, Council members Pat Larkin, Greg Campbell, Bill Kewley, and Mike Hastings, Utilities Supervisor Scott Gumfory, and City Clerk Bree Larkin.
