On Tuesday, during the Morris County Canvass of Primary Election, the Morris County Commissioners (l to r) Dave Fox, Jim Barber and Wayne Kohler opened provisional ballots from the August 4 primary. 23 provi- siontal ballots were counted, 14 were partially counted and 3 were not counted.
