Julie Hower, chairman, president and CEO of Farmers & Drovers Bank in Council Grove, has moved into the role of past chairman of the Kansas Bankers Association as the organization begins its 2026-27 leadership year. Hower is a fifth-generation community banker at Farmers & Drovers Bank, which was founded by her great-great-grandfather W. H. White in Council Grove in 1882.
