Scott David Jenkins

Scott David Jenkins, 57 of Foley, AL passed away on November 27, 2025 in Foley, AL. He was bom on May 1,1968 to David & Linda (Darrenkamp) Jenkins in St. Joseph, Missouri. He spent most of his schoolage years in or near Council Grove, Kansas. Scott was married to Teresa Crawford Jenkins who preceded him in death on February 27, 2025.

Throughout life, Scott worked as an automotive/diesel mechanic and over the road track driver for most of his career, however, his passion was in building relationships with local farmers and helping them with their work on their farms. He loved animals , in particular, his dog and best friend Calvin who went to work with him every day and spent time in the passenger seat of any track he drove.

Scott will be remembered for being funny and having a great sense of humor. He loved spending time with his nieces and nephews. He had many great friends throughout his life. The positive impact Scott made will stay in the hearts of everyone who knew him. Scott meant so much to his family and friends. He was a special person with a warm and tender he ait.

Scott is survived by his mother, Linda (John) Drannan and his father David (Joan) Jenkins, his sisters Kristine (Tim) McAuley, Jeanne’ (Leo) Clausen, and his brothers John (Rebeccah) Drannan and Bradley (Christina) Jenkins and many nieces and nephews.

A gathering to celebrate Scott’s life will occur at a later date. If you’d like, please make a donation to a local humane society in Scott’s honor instead of sending flowers.

Memorial Services will be 3 p.m. Friday May 1, 2026 at Breit-Hawkins Funeral Home in Savannah, MO. Inurnment committal services will be at Savannah Cemetery immediately following the memorial services.
