Loretta Joyce Evans Keyser, born November 19, 1934, passed away at the Morris County Hospital on September 10, 2018 surrounded by her three daughters, Melanie Byram, Becky Wilson, and Nancy Shade. There will be a Celebration of her life on Friday, September 14 at the Council Grove United Methodist Church.
