Jacqueline Rae Skinner

Jacqueline Rae (Edsall) Skinner passed away at her residence on November 1, 2023. She was born August 27, 1933, in Coffeyville, Kansas. She married Marvin E. Skinner on February 23, 1949. He preceded her in death on September 6, 2023.
Jackie is survived by her daughter Kathleen Lockhart, of Humble, TX; son Gregory Skinner and wife Kristi, of the home; sister Betty Siegrist, of Wichita; many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild.
A Celebration of Life for Jackie and Marvin will be held at a later date.
