William “Bill” George Clark, 82 years of age, rural Alta Vista left this world on Monday, May 19th, in his home surrounded by his daughter and wife.

Robert (Bob) LeRoy Clark was born on June 8, 1950, at Newman Hospital in Emporia, KS. He was the second oldest of eight siblings. Jerry Clark of Eureka and Linda Galbreath of Michigan are the only two remaining.

Anna Mae Robidou, 95 of Dwight, entered the gates of Heaven on Tuesday, May 20, 2025. She was the firstborn daughter of John and Hildreth (Grove) Massey on Tuesday, January 7, 1930, in Chaulk, KS.

Marlene Marie Moulds, 71 of Forks Twp., PA passed away Friday, May 9, 2025 at St. Luke’s Hospital, Anderson Campus. Born June 8, 1953 in Council Grove, KS, she was the daughter of the late Marion and Margaret (Swisher) Shubert.

Larry Kent Larsen, 74, of Peabody was born on June 19, 1950 to Don and Jacquie Larsen in Marion, KS. Larry lost his life on May 6 after a brave 2 day fight as a result of a tragic accident.

October 7,1945 - May 4,2025 Stuart Allen Whitlock, beloved husband, dad, granddad, and friend, passed away peacefully in his sleep on May 4, 2025, at the age of 79, at Bailey’s Hospice Center in St. Augustine, Florida. Born on October 7,1945, in Council Grove, Kansas, Stuart grew up with a strong work ethic and an enduring sense of self-reliance. He loved to tell the story of how his mom would take him out to the garden with a promise that he would walk back, only to carry him when he refused to walk.

Davy Lee Picolet, of Tecumseh, formerly of Council Grove, Kansas passed away on Saturday May 3rd, 2025. He was born December 1, 1942, in Dwight, KS, the son of David and Ethel (Iseli) Picolet.

Fredrick Alvin Stone, 82 years of age of Council Grove, Kansas, passed away peacefully at his home Sunday, May 4, 2025.

A celebration of life is planned for Virginia Clark at 1 p.m., Saturday, May 10, at the home of Fred and Barb Goodman, 483 K Avenue, Council Grove.
