The Council Grove City Lake has been placed under a blue-green algae (harmful algal bloom) Watch as of April 10, according to the Kansas Department of Health and Environment.The designation is part of the state’s annual harmful algal bloom (HAB) monitoring program, which runs from April 1 through October 31.
