Rex Dean Thomas

Rex Dean Thomas passed away on August 1, 2025. He was 58 years old.

Rex was born February 12, 1967, to Allen C. and Nancy (Grimmett) Thomas in Council Grove, Kansas.

He was preceded in death by his step-mother, Connie Thomas, and a brother-in-law, Dean Forsberg.

Survivors include his parents, Allen Thomas and Nancy Hickman, both of Council Grove; a daughter, Danielle Scott (Matt); a son, Brett Thomas; a grandson, Braden Peterson; as well as siblings Allen Dale Thomas (Jeanine), Charles Thomas; Nanette Forsberg, Cindy Jones (Lane), and Charles Downes (Cheryl); also life-long friend Leland Pitts.
