The Council Grove Community Center, aka Bowers Center, volunteers from 30 years ago in the mid 1990s were (left to right) Clayton Carlson, Jan White, Connie Essington, Shirley Pape, Helen Judd and Charlie Judd. They were passionate about restoring the historic building to its glory as a community center. Unfortunately,
