The staff at Farmers & Drovers Bank pose in front of their cornerside Halloween decorations. The bank won the Halloween decorating contest that was sponsored by The Dustie Shelf and the Council Grove Republican. The bank will receive $300 worth of advertising in the Council Grove Republican.
