On Tuesday, retiring Council Grove Senior Center Manager Donna Adams was surrounded by her daughter Renae Gensman, son Ron Neumayer and granddaughter Nicole Hewitt. There was a party atmosphere, as the Senior Center was brimming with diners and well wishers.
