The Morris County Commissioners met on Tuesday, November 20, 2018 at 9 a.m.  Commissioners Diana Jost, David L. Fox and Wayne Kohler were present.   Laura Allen, county attorney, gave a department report. Richard Batchellor, county appraiser, gave a department report. Commissioner Jost (Kohler) moved to go into executive session at 10:05 a.m.
