Council Approves Boundary Line Adjustments, Employee Merit Raises

The Council Grove City Council approved a City Lake Committee recommendation of a boundary line adjustment of 61.5 feet for Marc and Billi McGee, lot J-18, at the Council Grove City Lake on Tuesday. The adjustment to the boundary line is for the construction a 30’x50’ building on the property. The adjustment approval came after several denials of approval from the City Lake Committee, with he council recommending several changes to the building plan for reconsideration of the adjustment. Also approved was a recommended boundary line adjustment of 51.49’x50’ for lot I-35, the home of Bryan and Stacy Zeigler, for the construction of a 26’x34’ garage on the lot.
